Do Now 11/30

     I am most thankful for my parents. They have done a lot for my sister and I. My parents have both sacraficed their time and job to be with us. My mom decided to come out of work a couple of hours earlier so she can spend time with us. My dad is considering choosing another job since he works everyday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m..
     I am also thankful for my older sister Crismar. My sister brings me to my appointments and takes me anywhere that I need to go. She is always there for me whenever I need to talk to someone. She is very protective for the right reasons. Crismar is like my second mom, when my mother isn't home.
     I am grateful for my grandmother. When my mother isn't home, she is the one who cooks for us everyday even if she is sick or not feeling well. Sometimes her food isn't the best but I do appreciate what she does for my family. When I was little, she would do my laundry every week. I used to share my room with her and she would keep our room clean and very organized.

The purpose for this Wiki is to go over some technologies about being disruptive in class.

The last post was June 23 2010 

3) How was this Wiki created/designed?
It was created to observe the distractions in the class

4) What would you add to this particular wiki?
I would add students opinions to the wiki.

5) What did you learn after reading this wiki?
We learned that there are many distractions in the classroom that take away from the focus of learning.

6) If you had to create a Wiki with a team, what would be the specific topic (s)?

Our topic would be unfair rules in school.

7) How can Wikis be used in the classroom or in education?
It could give us information and different opinions. 

Do Now 11/9

     During the break I had a sleepover with a group of friends at my house. They came over on Saturday like at around 7. We watched the movie, "Jurassic World". It took forever to watch the movie because it kept buffering during the best scenes. My friends brought cookies, cupcakes, brownies, chips, ice cream.
     By the time we were going to sleep, we figured out that we couldn't put air on my air mattress because we didn't have the right air pump. The air pump that we had could only connect with a vehicle, so my idea was to go to my driveway at 2:30 in the morning, and drag the air mattress and connect it, but the noise was too loud. We had to go inside because we didn't want the neighbors to call the cops on us.
